Flat Rate Shipping

For orders that do not meet the order minimum for free shipping, a flat rate shipping fee of will be applied at checkout. This ensures that you can still enjoy quick and reliable delivery at an affordable price!

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Xpresspost. If you wish to upgrade to Priority shipping, please contact our customer support team. A $10 processing fee will apply, in addition to the shipping cost. Please note, customers should consider our cut-off period when placing an order for Priority shipping.

Processing & Cut-off Times

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email within 24 hours containing a order number and tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Cut-off Times

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

During promotional days or periods of high order volume, cut-off times may be adjusted to ensure timely processing and shipping. Please check our website or contact customer support for any updates to the cut-off time.
